Endian Maintenance is an annual subscription associated with any Endian product that provides Updates, Upgrades, and technical support. What is included with Endian maintenance?
•Endian Network: Endian Network is a centralized portal for monitoring and managing all your Endian UTM devices. If one of your Endian UTM devices has hardware or software service issues, Endian Network will alert you so that you can react quickly and reduce problems before they cause significant problems. It's also a great tool for Endian resellers as it also lets you completely manage user administration and determine the EndianNetwork access you (as a reseller) provide to your customers.
•Endian Updates: Keep your Endian UTM devices as up-to-date as possible to protect your networks and users from current threats. This includes all Endian UTM security services, such as antivirus, intrusion detection signatures, and content filtering (URL) blacklists. Just as importantly, Endian Maintenance includes all security updates for all Endian applications, so you can keep devices protecting your network from security vulnerabilities.
•Endian Upgrades: Why is Endian the best open source UTM on the market? It's simple, we always strive to improve our product and improve the functionality of our software, either through our own development or using the power of the Endian (and open source) community! Maintenance subscription is offered in Standard and Premium level 1 and 3 year packages: the services mentioned above are included in all maintenance subscriptions, regardless of level.

Standard Maintenance is suitable for organizations that require basic support service for small and medium size networks with non-critical requirements. For first level support, end users should contact their referral partner and Resellers should contact their Distributor. If no local Distributor is available, Partner may escalate their request to the Endian Support Center and receive technical assistance in accordance with the SLA.
Premium Maintenance is ideal for companies with mission-critical networks that require higher level service support. This package includes a fast reaction support service that ensures the least impact of network downtime in case of hardware problems or failures. It also features Lifetime Hardware Warranty Extension and HotReplacement, as well as top priority support escalation. Additional and personalized services can also be arranged.
